Before you travel there are a few things we need to know so that we can plan for your arrival.
Optional dinner (11 November)
On the first day there will be a welcome reception with canapes but no formal dinner. You can either make your own dinner arrangements or attend a group dinner organised by Cathy van Zyl MW. The dinner offers a set menu and is at an additional cost of R395pp. The menu options are as follows. Please indicate on this form if you would like to attend the this after the welcome reception.

- Option 1: Crème Caramel (Chantilly Cream | Berries | Burnt Orange Ice Cream
- Option 2: Botanical (Vanilla Sponge | Yogurt & Mint Pana Cotta | Olive Oil & White Chocolate Ganache | Green Apple Granita | Toasted Pistachio)
Arrival and departure
Participants will need to make their own arrangements to/from Cape Town. You should arrive in Cape Town during the day if possible on 11 November, and the trip will end by early afternoon on 20 November. Transfers are not provided on arrival so please make your own arrangements to the hotel. If you are departing on the 20 November we can arrange a transfer to the airport. Please advise what time you need to be at the airport by on this day so that we can create transfer schedule with the bus company.
